NFC prides itself with training and development. We put together a comprehensive training guide titled The Military Procedures Manual for use by our agents, haulers and their employees.
In addition to the manual we have developed an in depth training in the Agent log-in section of the website. Each employee is able to review courses and take the associated quiz. NFC considers 80% as a passing grade and upon successful completion of each course, a certificate is awarded.
