Customer Service Representative/Move Manager

We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Move Management Department. Hours are from 8:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. The ability to work outside of those hours on a limited basis is required and there will be occasional work on Saturday during the summer months when overtime is generally available. The position requires:

  • Multi-tasking
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Having upbeat and friendly personality
  • Excellent communication, data entry and customer service skills
  • Two years of college

Only Customer Service Representatives with at least two years’ experience need apply.
